Migraine & allergy attacks-Some Thoughts!!

         I wanted to express my gratitude to share valuable tips and suggestions to get relief from the dangerous drugs i had been taking to get over migraine which were completely ruining physically but also had a very adverse effect.

NOTES ON ALLERGY & MIGRANE SHARED BY HEMANT:
 
          No one has been able to get grip on Migrane and no Dr can claim "there is cure for Migrane". One has to apply his mind and check what suits him/her. Sometimes, you get amazing results. That is why people suffering from Migrane go to anyone and everyone. Whether it is proven quack, expert, home remedies, tips from friends and so on.

           All sufferers of Migrane and allergy attacks want immediate Peace and some are even willing to die than bear the pain.

          Migrane and allergy attacks can create havoc. It doesnt allow a patient to sleep as the head keeps thumping. It makes one sluggish. Active Sex Life is ruined. Migrane or an allergy attack gives a feeling as if someone is brutally torturing you in a jail.

What one needs to observe is :

1. Avoid eating : Cucumber, brinjals, curd, tamarind, sour items, bhel puris, chaat items with tamarind water, paani puri, sugary sweets, maida based items, deep fried items, drink luke warm water (with tulsi leaves and 2 pcs of clove) - have min. 2 ltrs during the day. Go low on water as evening approaches. 

Do regular steam inhalation for couple of minutes. Vacuum clean beds, pillows and car seats every fortnight. When this process is on, one must stay out of the house as inhaling dust can trigger the attack.

No loud music as it can trigger the attack. Do not see negative serials, negative talks and avoid discussing dirty gossips. The brain loves to churn all this once we go to sleep and then the trigger starts.

2. Avoid alcohol of any kind, non-veg & smoke completely (also the smell). No soft drinks, maida buiscuits or maida based rotis or anything, pickles, have brown bread and puffed rice (not white rice).

No Carpets in house and strictly avoid using deos. Avoid unhygenic areas with sharp smell ( that includes dust, paint, house or train/public urinals, restaurants, hotel rooms etc). Maintain excellent Oral hygiene 24 x7.

Strictly wear U/v sunglasses when going out. Do not go out in direct sun. Wear white cap in Summer.

3. Eat freshly cooked food. No cold water and icecreams. Avoid citric fruits. Eat seasonal fruits/salads first and then after 30-45 mins have meals. Have early dinner.

 Get ionisers installed or get A.C with ioniser. Close windows in night whenever migrane/allergy is On. You may use A.C at room temperature.

 Go low on spice, salt and white sugar. Instead have jaggery based sweets. Develop taste for mixed salads (without salt and masala or v.low idoised salt). Strictly wash vegetables with luke warm water before using them for cooking/salad.

4. Drink green tea without sugar. Eat Five Grain/marrie buiscuits. No chocolates.

5. Go for walk early morning when sound and vehicle pollution is lowest. Avoid daily head bath. Avoid late night bath. Have early morning morning 5 minutes Sun and Air bath (rising Sun and only 5 min to start with).

6. Do Pranayam (Only 3 minutes can give dramatic results) - 2 hours before eating breakfast. Listen to soft Holy Hymns regularly early morning. Smile more genuinely (not the Airhostess plastic and commercial smile). A smile relaxes 64 heart muscles.

7. Do not speak embarassing words or ask embarassing questions. Observe everything but enquire gently and innocently.

8. Avoid speaking too much on cell phones. Switch over to SMS and email communication. Radiation from cell phones can also trigger Migrane.

9. Have good back up for cleaning, washing and sweeping the house. Stay away from all these jobs as cleaning chemicals are very powerful and can also trigger attack.

10. Go to hilly region to spend some time and breathe fresh air. Try homeopathy and Reiki. It will help you to get youthful energy back.

11. Regularly trim unwanted body hair and nails.

Migrane and allergy attacks drain out youthful energy and makes the body hugely old and age faster than you can dream.
